Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Perlis built in 1996 and inaugurated in 1999. Located at Jln. Behor Pulai, the institute became known as Perlis.Perlis College is the only state that has not College. Recognising this, in 1982, YB Datuk Abdullah bin Haji Ahmad Badawi (now Tun), the Minister of Education at that time agreed to establish a teacher training college in Perlis earth. Ehsan on Perlis State Government, in 1996 a piece of land measuring 89.6 acres in area Behor Pulai, Reuters Sena, Jayapura has been allocated for the construction of the college. The total construction cost colleges the names of the Teachers College Kangar is an amount of Rs 55 million. MPK fully completed in mid-1999.
Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Perlis, Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia, menawarkan jawatan kosong bagi pegawai-pegawai pendidikan.
