In line with government's call for the use of MyKad, Malacca Public Library has taken the initiative to use MyKad as a membership card for the youth category.

The objective of the transaction are to:
  - To establish uniformity in the use of an identification card that the card
  - Facilitate the user where they do not need to bring a variety of cards to deal
  - Saving the cost of membership management
  - User Registration: 5 minutes

Warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan terutama rakyat negeri Melaka dipelawa untuk mengisi jawatan kosong di PERPUSTAM seperti berikut:

1. Penolong Pegawai Perpustakaan S27
2. Pembantu Perpustakaan S17
3. Pembantu Tadbir (P/O) N17
4. Pembantu Tadbir (Kewangan) W17
5. Pemandu Kenderaan Bermotor R3
6. Pekerja Rendah Awam R1
